A Researcher works with a Search Consultant to find,interview,evaluate and
secure the best candidates and present them to our client.
A Consultant presents our search service to potential client companies, negotiates
terms of service with clients, works with researcher to find and secure the best
candidates, presents the candidates to the client, and facilitates the arrangement
of compensation packages for clients with candidates.
Requirements:
Bilingual languge skills - Korean and English.
Successful executive search experience or successful experience in another industry.
